Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Urban Apex General Trading LLC (“UAGT”), we aim to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered quickly and securely. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how your orders are shipped, tracked, and handled.

Order Tracking and Delivery Updates

Once your order is dispatched, our logistics partner will send you a message with a link to track your parcel. The tracking page will show your estimated delivery date, which is provided as an estimate only. Your order may arrive earlier, on, or shortly after this date. If tracking updates are delayed or temporarily unavailable, please wait until the estimated delivery date, as carriers may take additional time to update the system.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, we kindly ask that you allow a little extra time, especially during busy periods. Our delivery partners work hard to ensure parcels reach you as quickly as possible, and updates will be available through the tracking link provided.

International Deliveries

We ship internationally to most countries using trusted carriers, primarily United Parcel Service (UPS). Available delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout once you provide your shipping address. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on destination, size, and weight.

Tracking is available for all international shipments. You will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking link so you can follow the progress of your order. Deliveries are normally made during standard business hours and may require a signature on receipt. If you are not available, the carrier will either leave your parcel in a safe place, attempt redelivery, or provide instructions on how to collect your order. Please note that deliveries are not made on public holidays in your country, and parcels will instead arrive on the following business day.

Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies vary by country, UAGT has no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details before placing your order to avoid unexpected fees.

Delivery Address and Security

Orders can be delivered to either your residential address or your place of work, provided someone is available to accept delivery. For security reasons, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been dispatched. If you are not available when the delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection from a local pickup point.

Missed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If no one is available to receive your order, our delivery partner will usually attempt delivery more than once. They may also leave your parcel with security staff or in a designated safe location if permitted. If the parcel cannot be delivered after several attempts, or if it remains uncollected at a pickup point, it may be returned to UAGT. Common reasons for returns include refusal of delivery, incomplete or inaccessible addresses, damage during transit, or unpaid customs fees.

If your order is returned to us, we regret that we cannot automatically resend it. You may place a new order using a delivery address that is more easily accessible.

Delivery Timeframes

We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date or at an exact time. The estimated delivery date provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation message is the best indication of when your order will arrive.
